I've not been well. That was the start of me going down hill. I couldn't eat properly, couldn't stomach fruit and when I could eat, I stuffed my face like it was the last time I was going to eat.
I went back to WW three weeks ago and had put on 9lbs. Couldn't get my head in gear though and didn't go to WW for two weeks running. Went back tonight. I've told them I don't want to know how much I've put on. So they have it on their records but not mine. I'm sure I've now put on over a stone :-(
Anyway, enough of this silly binge eating. I don't know why I do it. I really enjoy my food when I am on a healthy eating regime. So I've written out my menu for tomorrow and going to stick to it and will write out the next day's menu everyday to try and keep me on track.
I haven't touched my Wii Fit for months. So I will be dusting off that and starting again and using the updated info.
Anyone who reads this, I would really appreciate you becoming a follower, if you're not already, to help me lose as much as possible before my 60th birthday next year.

The Next Three Stone
I was a bit despondent when I stayed the same weight the other week and then the week after I didn't get on my Wii Fit, didn't track what was going in my mouth and was picking, when I don't normally. Surprise, surprise, I stayed the same again. I hadn't even updated my blog for two weeks. The problem is, I don't look any different and I find that disheartening. That is the reason I haven't put any up to date photos on here. I still feel very strong and my motivation hasn't left me but I felt I was on a slippery slope.
This post is to keep me going and I need you all to comment and keep me going as well. I have just done an hour and a half on my Wii Fit, including muscle and yoga exercises, to get my waist looking like a waist and not like a tyre. I've been tracking my food and staying within the Propoints I'm allocated so hopefully should see a better result on the scales this week.
At the last weigh-in, I was 3.5lbs away from losing 3st. This thread is going to motivate me to the next three stone.
I will still keep my 'NSV', 'My Mini Goals', 'Wii and Exercise' and 'Christine's Weight Loss Journey' threads updated, so keep looking.
Thanks to those who look in and comment when they see me and a very grateful thanks to my darling sister Paula (Paus), who posts every week with support.

My Mini Goals
I think setting small goals and reaching them is a big help towards getting to my main goal. So here, I am
listing my mini goals to reach from todays date. As I reach one, I will add another.
In no particular order, my First Quarter Goals are:
10% loss of start weight by 3rd February
Another 1 stone loss by 3rd March
Reach 'Rocket Fire' in Boxing on my Wii Fit
Practice Hulahopp and Steps to reach 2 stars or more on Wii Fit
Get Wii Fit age down
Get my clothes size down to size 20 by end of March
Up Jogging to 5 minutes, and aim for 'Rocket Fire'
BMI into 30's by end of January
If I am successful in one, the rest will follow shortly after :-)
Can't wait to reach them all. :-)

Wii and Exercise
I got a Wii Console and Wii Fit Game and Board for Christmas from Les and just love it, although it doesn't seem to love me. I'm dying on the sofa after doing a jog or boxing and it tells me I'm a diminishing fire. After a jog, it takes me about 10 minutes to recover before I can do anything else! Also it tells me my Wii Fit Age is 75. How is that for demoralisation, still I'm young at heart - lol
Also got Michael Jackson - The Experience, which is a Wii game, where you follow Michael's steps to his songs. I love it and sometimes it comes up as good but most times there are just crosses, which means useless. 'Good' means: 'not bad but could be more energetic' and there's me having a break half way through Billie Jean and gasping for breath. - lol
I've had a cold since coming back from a New Year get away, so haven't been on it for a few days but tonight, I plan to have a go, as my head is clearer tonight.
I'm going to try and be better than an diminishing fire and get my Wii Fit Age to what it should be or lower. Keep looking in to see how I'm doing ;-)

NSV
Non Scales Victory, is a term used on the WeightWatchers Forum. It describes a weight loss victory which hasn't happened because you had a loss at the scales. For instance, fitting into jeans that have been hanging in the wardrobe for goodness knows how long, someone saying 'Have you lost weight?'
I know the weight loss probably won't show on me until I lose about 3 stone. However, I have noticed little personal things. I put my bra on so I do it up at the front and then twist it round my body, so the cups are in the right place. This has been a struggle because it's been too tight around that part of my body and I end up tugging the bloody thing. Now my bras don't get caught and just skim round. You don't know how that feels, no struggling, no tugging, no getting out of breath.
I will post my little NSVs here, when they occur and I'm sure the way I am going now, there will be many of them :-)

Propoints
Some of you may have read in the national papers and in some magazines about the new regime that WeightWatchers has come up with. It's called Propoints and it started nationally last week for online members and members that go to meetings. As my meeting is a Thursday, I got to know all about it proper, last Thursday, so have been following that regime since then. Won't know how I've done until this coming Thursday but I have eaten a hell of a lot and will be really disappointed if the scales go against me. I have followed the plan religiously.
