I've not been well. That was the start of me going down hill. I couldn't eat properly, couldn't stomach fruit and when I could eat, I stuffed my face like it was the last time I was going to eat.
I went back to WW three weeks ago and had put on 9lbs. Couldn't get my head in gear though and didn't go to WW for two weeks running. Went back tonight. I've told them I don't want to know how much I've put on. So they have it on their records but not mine. I'm sure I've now put on over a stone :-(
Anyway, enough of this silly binge eating. I don't know why I do it. I really enjoy my food when I am on a healthy eating regime. So I've written out my menu for tomorrow and going to stick to it and will write out the next day's menu everyday to try and keep me on track.
I haven't touched my Wii Fit for months. So I will be dusting off that and starting again and using the updated info.
Anyone who reads this, I would really appreciate you becoming a follower, if you're not already, to help me lose as much as possible before my 60th birthday next year.
